1.SJZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of high effiency equipment for plastic extrusion.
2.It is mainly composed by force feeder,soft plasticization screw and barrel,high precision gearbox,exhaust system.
3.It has features of even mixing,better plasticization,stable working,high capacity,and it is suitable for produce PVC products from mixed powder.
4.With different mold and auxiliary equipments,it can produce plastic pipe,profile,board,sheet,granules and so on.

OUR SERVICE
1.Technical documents:All the symbols on the equipments should be in English. Seller is responsible to provide general layout plan, electric plan, installation direction, and manual book in English to Buyer on time.
2.Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work: BENK will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
3.BENK will provide long-term technical guide.
